Rointegrate Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rointegrate ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Rointegrate provides moderation and integration tooling for Roblox communities through:
- a hosted Discord bot
- a web dashboard
- related integration tools, including a Roblox Studio plugin
The Service is currently in private beta and is limited to invited testers. Features may be incomplete, unstable, changed, or discontinued at any time.
3. Eligibility and Platform Compliance
You must be at least 13 years old and comply with all applicable laws and platform rules, including Discord and Roblox policies.
Rointegrate is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Discord Inc. or Roblox Corporation.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- violate laws, regulations, or platform policies
- harass, abuse, or harm others
- interfere with or disrupt the Service
- attempt unauthorized access, exploitation, or security bypass
- misuse the Service in a way that harms users, communities, or infrastructure
5. Dashboard Access and Configuration
The dashboard enforces owner-only management for supported guild actions. Discord bot installation permissions are controlled by Discord and may allow non-owners to initiate an install flow, but dashboard management remains subject to Rointegrate access checks.
Configuration may include identifiers and settings such as:
- Discord server and channel IDs
- Roblox universe IDs
- module settings and moderation preferences
You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted configuration values.
If Discord ownership changes, dashboard control follows the current verified server owner according to Service access rules.
6. Roblox Integration Scripts
Rointegrate may provide scripts through an official Studio plugin.
- Scripts distributed through official Rointegrate channels are "official scripts."
- Script update behavior may change over time and will be documented in product communications or documentation.
- Modified or redistributed scripts are not official and are used at your own risk.
7. Moderation Responsibility
Rointegrate provides tooling. Server owners and community staff are responsible for moderation decisions and actions taken through their Discord servers and Roblox experiences.
8. Data and Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by the Rointegrate Privacy Policy. Rointegrate stores and processes data needed to operate authentication, configuration, status, logging, and security functions.
9. Availability and Beta Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent feature support.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rointegrate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including data loss, service interruption, moderation outcomes, or issues arising from third-party platforms or modified integrations.
11. Suspension or Termination
Rointegrate may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, abused system resources, or threatened security, stability, or other users.
12. Intellectual Property
Rointegrate software, branding, and related content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, redistribute, or host modified versions of the Service without written permission.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and applicable state law where the Service operator is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted, unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
