Rointegrate Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Rointegrate ("Service") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information in connection with the website, dashboard, and bot integrations.

Rointegrate is currently in private beta and limited to invited testers.

2. Information We Process

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

Discord account and identity data needed for login and access checks (for example user ID, display name, and profile image metadata returned by Discord)
Discord server and channel identifiers
Roblox universe identifiers
Dashboard configuration values and feature/module settings
Service status, heartbeat, and operational log data (including metadata submitted by integrations)
authentication/session data required to keep users signed in securely
technical and security logs generated by our infrastructure providers (which may include IP address, request metadata, and error logs)

The Service is not designed to require full Discord message-content storage for core dashboard configuration features.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

authenticate users and enforce owner-only access controls
deliver and maintain guild-scoped configuration and moderation workflows
operate logging, status, and reliability features
protect the Service, investigate abuse, and maintain security
comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose data:

to infrastructure and hosting providers that process data on our behalf
when required by law, legal process, or valid governmental request
to protect rights, security, and platform integrity

5. Third-Party Platforms

Rointegrate integrates with Discord and Roblox. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Rointegrate is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc. or Roblox Corporation.

6. Retention

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service, or as required by law.

Configuration, status, and log data may persist until deleted.
You can request owner-scoped dashboard data deletion through the dashboard's Delete Data flow.
Certain technical logs may be retained by infrastructure providers according to their retention policies.

7. Authentication and Session Handling

Rointegrate uses Discord OAuth2 and Auth.js/NextAuth for authentication. We do not collect your Discord password. Authentication/session tokens are handled and stored using standard secure session mechanisms needed to keep login and authorization functioning.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of data associated with your account/server context.

For owner-scoped deletion, use the dashboard Delete Data control.
For additional requests, contact us through official support channels listed on rointegrate.xyz.
We may need to verify identity and ownership before fulfilling requests.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
